Unlike the Spicy Mango Splash, it has a familiar watermelon taste with a twist. I thought it was a little sweeter, so I had to add cold water to dilute it a bit... but other than that, I really enjoyed it! (I ordered it thrice, after all!)
It is a mix between artificial and authentic watermelon juice, with a very subtle lime taste. It quenches my thirst! :)
I'll probably be ordering it a fourth time! Hope it stays on the menu a bit longer! :D
edit: it does! But there's a weird salty aftertaste... will see if it is an issue with the water filter or this "hub"
update! The salty aftertaste is gone!! :D I'm loving this pure water taste :D
Good Friday is a time to reflect and a powerful reminder of God's immeasurable love and faithfulness. As I reflect on the sacrifice Jesus made on the cross, I stop and pause to remember the depth of His goodness—how He chose to take our place, bearing our sin and shame. It's a time to mourn the suffering He endured and stand in awe of His unwavering commitment to redeem and restore us.
When we remember His sacrifice, we are strengthened in faith, filled with gratitude, and reminded that even in the darkest moments, God’s love never fails.
This reminds me of the spicy baby mango snacks my friend brought back from Mexico.
It is an experience, I'm not sure whether you will enjoy it as a mango or spice enthusiast, but it might intrigue you as an adventurist who likes to try new things :)
There’s a reason Hudson’s Bay has struggled—and it’s not just because of poor business decisions. I hadn’t stepped foot into a Hudson’s Bay store in over two years, and when I finally did (in late March), it quickly reminded me why I stopped going.
The store technically closes at 9:00 p.m., but at 8:45, I was rudely told that the store was closed and I shouldn’t even think about buying anything. Seriously—what?! To make matters worse, announcements were being made over the speakers, warning customers not to take their time or they wouldn’t be allowed to make purchases. It was an incredibly unwelcoming experience and not how a retail environment should treat its customers—especially in their final days.
Goodbye, Hudson’s Bay (aka The Bay). You won’t be missed. Every time I’ve tried to support or shop there, I’ve walked away disappointed. This last visit just sealed the deal.
