Bún Bò Huế

 

I got adventurous and ordered Bún Bò Huế (noodles from Hue) instead of my usual Pho with rare beef and tripe... I'm so glad I did! <3... this was sooOOOOOoooo good <3

I've been watching Luke Nguyen's Vietnamese trip series and he featured this noodle soup in one of the episodes... it is as good as it looks... and less spicy (heat) than it looks.
