Up until this year, I had never heard of the Beaver Moon... (I forgot to upload these pictures when I should... but these pictures were taken on the week of Nov 3rd).

The Beaver Moon is said to let beavers know when to start building their dams and prepare for winter

So this signals a transition from autumn/fall to winter

Remembrance Day

This is the first year since the pandemic that I was finally able to get myself a poppy ❤️

Every year, I’m reminded of the importance of peace.

Let’s take a moment of silence at 11:00 a.m. to remember what our veterans and active service members have done so that we can enjoy the peace we so often take for granted.
