Mint Chips

I found some Mint potato chips and they are good! (Pudina is Hindi for Mint)

These are heavily seasoned in Indian herbs and spices and taste really good :P

Every year on Remembrance Day, I'm reminded of how truly blessed I am to live in a time and place of peace—a gift that I never take for granted.

Today, as I have done on every Remembrance Day I’ve had the privilege to observe, I will pause at 11:00 a.m. to honour those who sacrificed so much for our freedom. I’ll take a moment to remember the bravery and resilience of those who fought tirelessly for the peace we now enjoy.

As I reflect on their sacrifices, I’m reminded of the responsibilities we carry to preserve and appreciate the peace they've granted us. It’s not just about remembrance, but also about carrying forward the values they stood for—kindness, courage, and unity. May we continue to honour their legacy by building a world that respects and upholds the peace they fought so hard to secure.
