Happy Halloween!

 

Nothing spooked me more than these National Geographic Magazines reappearing... again :O I thought they were long gone... but nope, they are back!

I wish someone would adopt/inherit them... they are precious and deserve to be treated better! :(

I would have taken them if I would read them (which I probably wouldn't)... 

I would like to mention that I do not celebrate Halloween. Besides, Halloween is heavily commercialized to the point that it has lost its original purpose, and most people use it as an excuse to play dress up.

Boursin Ravioli

 

I love Boursin cheese and ravioli, so when I saw this at Costco I immediately grabbed a pack <3 

These did not disappoint at all!! <3 <3 <3 it is so good <3 <3 <3 it is exactly how you imagine they would taste, ravioli with Boursin cheese filling <3 <3 <3

The only complaint I have is that you don't have to boil them for 4 minutes! I tried my first batch and some of them burst open... 2.5-3 minutes is more than enough :)

 I found this toy car abandoned on someone's lawn... a toddler must have grown out of his/her car... 

I can tell this car was well loved, given its steering wheel is gone and the random scuff marks. This car has served its purpose :)

This is such a pretty plant... look at the variation in colours! (it was a gloomy day so lighting made it hard to take a good picture. This picture is not a good reflection of how beautiful this plant is... there are three colours: yellow, pink and red)

This is the rare time I get this brand of eggs... I decided to document this because I like the illustration of the hens on it :)

Alas, I always assumed everyone's egg cartons looked like this, but they aren't. This is how most Canadian 18-count egg cartons are packaged.

It has been a while since I last saw a bunny, and I saw one today!! <3 <3 <3

This cutie was startled when it saw me, but it "recognized" me, was nonchalant, and continued eating.

I went out for an evening walk today (instead of my usual morning walk) and couldn't help but notice just how beautiful the sky was <3

However, despite its appearance in pictures, it does not do the actual sky justice, just how beautiful it was in real life.

Tim Horton's

 

It has been a hot minute (10 years to be exact) since I've ordered Tim Horton's (or Timmy's, as I call it). 

I got their medium Dark roast coffee and a medium Iced Capp (who could resist a good Iced Capp 😉 )

I also ordered a bunch of pastries... they have upped their pastry game :)... but some were quite pricey... the items in this box cost approximately $25.
