I found these cute Chinese buns at T&T :) I wish they came in more characters....

Smoked Prosciutto

I didn't know prosciutto had a "smoked" version... turns out it does and it tastes REALLY good... it is just like normal prosciutto but drier and the taste is much more intense <3

 the "dryness" and texture reminds me of the Chinese Jinhua ham. It is prosciutto but in a better form :)

Thai seaweed snack big roll

I saw this all over Thailand when I visited so I got very excited when I saw this at my local grocery store <3. It has a savoury and sweet taste and it is super crispy!... I think I found my favourite seaweed snack <3

 

Pork Bone Soup

Pork Bone Soup

We decided to be adventurous and bought some pork bones from a Chinese bbq shop to make soup.

 

It turned out great! And it also made me appreciate the Tonkotsu (豚骨)ramen soup bases even more :)

These were surprisingly good :)... I ended up cutting it like a pizza rather then as bread sticks... still tasted good :)

I highly recommend them!! These are really REALLY good <3... they are big... but I managed to finish one in one sitting <3... they are addictive... so... be careful.

These are really good <3... I opened a packet (these are individually packaged) and my whole house smelled of Durian... for hours!
