Look at these shops... do you notice anything strange?

props to those who said kpop!... What is KPOP doing in New Orleans? :P

We were trying to go to this complex, but turns out it was just a huge building of these stores... not a mall... every shop had its own entrance facing the street (and we weren't able to find  KPOP).
