It isn't even Halloween, yet... (and not even Thanksgiving in the US) and I'm already seeing Christmas decorations EVERYWHERE!... But I saw a cute little Gingerbread man and gave in and brought him home 😂

I hope my Autodrop is FINALLY fixed!! I haven't gotten a new iPhone... yet... so fingers crossed Autodrop works till I'm able to get a new phone!! :D

Today I Learned... Moonbow

Today I learned about Moonbows! They are moon rainbows, and it is just as it sounds: a rainbow produced by moonlight instead of sunlight! I hope I will see one... some day :)

Katsu Sushi?

They weren't joking when they said Americans love to deep-fry everything!! :O :O :O... I can't believe they fried sushi!! :O :O :O... I can't believe this is a thing! (My pastor and his family had this when they were visiting Texas!)

hello 90s and early 2000s!

I found a bottle of Elizabeth Arden's Green Tea, and the moment I opened it, it took me back to the late 90s early 2000s!! <3 What a great way to remember that era! :D

blog posts update

Welcome to September!! woohoo!! 🎉

Unfortunately, I still haven't gotten a new phone (still waiting for the iPhone 18Pro's release)... but I decided I can still upload... without pictures! :D tech can't stop me!

So for the upcoming weeks leading up to the day I finally get my hands on my new phone... I'll be uploading with stock pictures... :)

I found the culprit!

I finally found the culprit! It isn't my Macbook Pro... it is my iPhone!... I've had my iPhone for 4 years (iPhone 14 Pro)... and it refuses to AirDrop to my MacBook :(... I'm eyeing the newest iPhone 18 Pro!... May the countdown begin!! ... (2 more months?)

My iPhone 14 Pro has served me well... from during the pandemic till after... but it is old, and I have to let it go :'(...

I still can't update this blog

Hello... I want to let you know I'm till alive... but my airdrop continues to give me issues... I can't wait till I can do my daily updates again!!!! T_____T

Hope you are all enjoying this beautiful summer weather ☀️

Today I Learned... ChatGPT corrects me

I initially wanted to talk about discovering something about tap water... however, ChatGPT cross-referenced for me... and told me I might be wrong... here are the highlights of the conversation

The title of this blog will be changed from Today I Learned... Tap Water to Today I Learned ChatGPT corrects me.

Contrary to what people are saying... ChatGPT and other A.I.'s do correct us when we are wrong...

rant

I hate ranting, but I'm quite frustrated!!

I still haven't been able to get Airdrop to work... and not only that... my car broke down >___< (All of this happened in May and spilling onto June)...

Let's hope things will start looking up this month!! Yeah June!! Please Airdrop!! :D Please 🙏

Airdrop malfunctions

My Airdrop refuses to connect my iPhone to my MacBook (where I update this blog)... I hope it gets fixed or resolved soon... until then... I won't be able to update this blog... :'(

pretty plum tree

I saw a beautiful plum tree at Costco's parking lot! I couldn't help but stop and notice just how beautiful it is, and took this picture ❤️

Blistex

These are lifesavers!! My lips haven't felt softer and more moisturized ❤️ (my lips likes the blue ones over the green ones... the green ones are a bit too thin)

Happy Mother's Day

Happy Mother's Day to all our mothers!!!

(p.s. for those who want to make it about themselves... please don't... it is the day you honour YOUR mother... the one who gave birth to you... not you as a mother...! 🤦‍♀️ )

a few of my favourite sashimi <3 <3 <3

Bright Beautiful Forsythia

I love this Forsythia... it has been with me every spring... since I moved into this house <3...

Joel Osteen Ministries

I'm not sure who would find this useful or helpful... but if you order from Joel Osteen Ministries (from Canada), they use DHL (specifically DHL eCommerce)... The tracking number they provide is usually for DHL :)... so if you need to locate and track your order from Joel Osteen Ministries/Lakewood Church... you know where to go :)

link: https://parcelsapp.com/en/carriers/dhl-ecommerce

but I usually do my all my parcel and mail tracking on this website: https://parcelsapp.com/en/tracking

I like this image so much <3 <3 <3 (I'll post another photo in a few days and you will know why I like this image so much 😉)

Ruchi Indian Restaurant

When I was living in Tokyo, there was a restaurant with the same name located in front of Higashi Kurume Station with a similar name (Ruchira)!! Tempted to try this and see whether it is the same :)

(Both serve South Indian food!)

liquid lipstick

I've always wanted to try liquid lipsticks... and the last one I got was from Shein (I'm kind of scared of trying makeup products from China because of the lead and other heavy metal contaminants)... so I'm glad I finally found one I can safely use (from Korea) 😊

can't wait to try and test these out!!
