Is エンガワ a Halibut or Flounder?

I ordered this and... I noticed that the same restaurant provided different names for the same fish/part... Is it a Halibut or Flounder? Fin or muscle of fin? 

Fresh Sea Urchin (Uni)

If you follow my instagram, you will notice that a few days ago I have posted a picture of a fresh uni. It was so gooOOOOooood! It melted in my mouth the moment it had contact and then slid down my throat.

if you ever get the chance, I would highly recommend trying it... it was so fresh, pure and good.

FINALLY in Japan!

I miss Beef Stew pie and all the ones you see in the picture! I'm so glad Japan FINALLY has them available :) ¥230 each :D

Thanksgiving 2018

These pictures were taken during Thanksgiving. I finally experienced what it means to be completely bloated for Thanksgiving!! 

it is such a blessing to enjoy Thanksgiving in Tokyo and have turkey, roasted pork and roasted beef!!!

Pizza All you Can eat!!

My friend suggested we go to this place to eat... it is a pizza all you can eat... for most people in Tokyo, we know that Shakey's is known for its cheap but good quality all you can eat pizza!

I never thought I would have liked "dessert" pizza which is essentially sweet... but one bite changed my mind... they seemed to use a different crust... so the sweetness was a good match with the "pizza crust"
