We didn't read about Algier's Point, so we decided to walk around and just see what came up. It was a very small town, so we did some exploring. Since it was such a beautiful (but windy) day we didn't mind just walking around.

The ambiance is very different than what we were used to the past few days. It was quite nice getting out of the city and into a smaller town
We were in awe of just how different it is here compared to the French Quarters and financial districts.
Unlike, the French Quarters and Financial districts (where we stayed and where we spent the past few days), this town was quiet, and still in the process of being redeveloped.
We were fascinated by how big the porch of this house was. It is very Southern (for our not so southern selves).
