Today I Learned of ways to keep your body warm and what mistakes you are making by making it cold.
(this will be a 3 part series)
- eating bananas and yogurt will lower your body temperature
- if you put on too many layers, your body temperature will be lowered (because your body will end up sweating and losing heat)
- do not let your body sweat
