Today I learned that you can make a traditional Japanese snack (300 year old) called そ (so) by cooking and stirring milk on a flat nonstick pan for 1.5-2 hours (or until it has a buttery consistency), then form it into a roll and put the roll into a refrigerator for an hour. When you take it out, slice the roll and you will have そ (so).
