Spring tradition

Stephanie Ng with earrings
Stephanie with earrings

every year during Spring I reset my love and habit for wearing earrings and towards Fall I stop. I think it has to do with it getting cold and coats getting into the way and the possibility of earrings getting caught in something and falling off.

earrings I'm wearing:
Dior Gold bow earrings (I don't think they have a special name)

Dior Gold Bow/Ribbon earrings

What I like about Japan is the availability of clip-on earrings, even for designer brands. These clip ons were one of the best ones (didn't hurt my ears, even for long periods of time, AND didn't fall off)

Dior earrings

will be doing a mini review on these later! stay tuned on my other blog

Sping continues in Tokyo

Tokyo yellow looking sakura petals
bigger than Sakura though

Spring continues to fill us with new flowers in Tokyo. I was happy to see these sweeties around my neighbourhood this past week.

Tokyo yellow looking sakura petals

I was surprised that just like Cherry Blossoms (Sakura) they also have an interesting "chopped off" part in their petals :). But unlike Sakura, these flowers are strong and much bigger as opposed to Sakura which are delicate and small.

I actually feel encouraged by the beauty of the flowers that good things will continue to happen :)
