This is my go-to keep-warm comfort soup in winter (that was a long name 😛 ) 

lamb inners = lamb organs (e.g. stomach, tripe, liver... etc)

it sounds gross... but I promise it tastes as good as it looks :)

Chinese name: 羊雜湯

Most Northern, North Western Chinese restaurants will have this :)
