Today I Learned: Garlic intensity

 


Today I Learned on Japanese TV, I learned a valuable culinary tip: how to control the intensity of garlic flavour in your dishes. On the chart they presented, the most intense garlic flavour which is positioned on the left, with the least intense on the right.
