Today I Learned: Tender Chicken

 Today I learned that one foolproof way of making chicken tender is by massaging thawed fresh chicken meat with grated (raw) onion. Then let sit (marinade) for 30 minutes before grilling/steaming/frying... etc.

You can also use sugar instead of onions but onions are the better choice for this method.
