I got myself a gift... can't wait to use them!! 

nabe 鍋

 

I made soy milk nabe tonight <3... I threw every remaining leftover (from other meals) into the nabe soup base and ate <3... it was very hearty and warming <3

I used this soup nabe broth... I highly recommend it! You can also add milk, cheese, egg yolks and black pepper and combine with pasta/spaghetti after you have finished the nabe and make carbonara :)

I am glad I found this in my refrigerator today (just before it expires tomorrow!)

I love these chicken breasts, they are super easy to make (just pop them in the oven) and they turn out tender and flavourful :) (these chicken breasts are stuffed with feta cheese, spinach and asparagus! and drizzled with lots of herby sauce)

I'm guilty of enjoying frozen treats in winter (it is currently -11 outside 😅 )

Another delightful Popeyes fried chicken night! :) I'm not exactly adhering to the Japanese tradition of having fried chicken for Christmas—I simply crave it.

Have you ever wondered why the Japanese opt for fried chicken on Christmas? It turns out, they associate KFC's Colonel with Santa Claus! 🎅
