This was quite good... while it wasn't as good as the ones in Hong Kong, this meets halfway from the ones you can get outside of HK and the ones in HK :) one thing I would improve on is to add less lemons.

Frozen Japanese ramen

 

frozen 豚骨ラーメンavailable in Canada... I didn't really like it though... soup was weak, and there were frozen carrots/peas >___< not authentic...
