HK Cafe style scrambled eggs

 

I attempted HK Cafe-style (茶餐廳) scrambled eggs.

Here's what I used:

• 3 eggs
• white pepper
• starch/flour mixed with water
• salt

I think it turned out really nice :D 成功!
